The elevator was very helpful for reaching upper floors. The location is near a taxi stand and several restaurants. The inner courtyard garden was very relaxing.. Breakfast was included.

Convenient Stay with a Lovely Garden

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the main train station, Termini. It made getting around the city very simple. Staff held our bags on our last day since our flight was late, and that was quite helpful. The inner courtyard garden provided a peaceful space. It allowed me to relax away from the city noise.

The signage outside was a bit confusing. The building was marked 'Astoria' instead of the actual hotel name.

The Double or Twin Room contained fresh towels and bedding. The room included a television with access to international channels and a small desk for work. A wardrobe with hangers and shelves was available for storing clothing and luggage.

The reception desk offered assistance with directions and local attractions. Bar staff mixed a special drink on request and they even shared the recipe. Luggage storage was available at the front desk after checkout which was very useful.

the location was fabulous near the termini station!!! buses were very close too. the staff were friendly and so nice especially julia and edgaro.

the water drained really slowly in the shower.

my room included a useful mini fridge. i appreciated daily fresh towels and toiletries. the staff were always present and helpful at reception. i found the air conditioning worked efficiently and kept the room at a comfortable temperature.

the shower had limited water pressure , , made washing my hair a bit difficult.
